1. Service Scope

HRF Home Solutions provides professional services including but not limited to:

  • Home Interior Renovation
  • Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe Setup
  • Civil & Carpentry Work
  • Painting, Plumbing, and Electrical Services
  • Customized Furniture & Fabrication

All services will be rendered as per the agreed scope mentioned in the project quotation or agreement.


2. Booking & Advance

  • A minimum advance payment (as per quotation) is mandatory to confirm the project.
  • Work will commence only after the advance is received.
  • Project timelines begin post confirmation of material selection and advance payment.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments should be made as per the milestones mentioned in the agreement.
  • HRF Home Solutions accepts Cash / UPI / Bank Transfer.
  • Delay in payment may result in a delay in project delivery.

4. Materials & Warranty

  • Materials used will be of the brand/quality agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Warranty, if applicable, will be provided only on selected items and as per manufacturer terms.
  • HRF is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, water leakage, or external tampering post-delivery.

5. Project Timeline

  • Estimated timelines will be mentioned in the quotation.
  • Delays due to customer indecision, late material approval, or payment delays are not HRF’s responsibility.

6. Modifications & Additions

  • Any scope changes or additional work not mentioned in the original agreement will require a revised quotation and approval.
  • Additional charges will apply for extra work.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Advance payment is non-refundable once material procurement or site work has begun.
  • In case of cancellation before work begins, a cancellation fee may be charged based on admin or design work done.

8. Site Access & Safety

  • Customer must provide access to the property during working hours.
  • HRF ensures that its team maintains safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on site.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, both parties shall try to resolve them amicably.
  • If unresolved, legal jurisdiction will be Pune, Maharashtra.
